DTH VoIP Billing Software

The DTH VoIP Billing system has been designed for telephony companies providing class 4 or class 5 service, including multi-tenant hosted PBXs. We are a North American-based company with customers in over a dozen countries and we continue to expand our international presence.
At DTH, we specialize in Billing and Customer Management systems. The primary difference between us and our competitors is that our competitors are mostly switch manufacturers with a billing module. We, on the other hand, develop Billing and Customer Management software that is not switch-specific. We can deploy our system into your existing telephony infrastructure. Using a set of standardized APIs, we are able to integrate with mixed-switch environments to consolidate your subscribers into a single billing system.
Our system serves class 4 and class 5 providers for both prepaid and postpaid billing. We can monitor usage on DIDs, extensions, calling cards, IP addresses and trunks. That usage is billed according to the package pricing and rolled up the account that owns the device.
Origination can be billed using a blended package rate or we can enable Tiered Origination which allows for contract pricing per DID including connection fees, day/evening/weekend pricing and out-payments.
Termination can be billed against a 24-hour rate sheet or a day/evening/weekend rate sheet. Included Minutes can be assigned to specific destinations and shared against multiple devices on the same account. Billing can also include additional one-time charges and recurring fees for other services you may provide to your customers.
To help keep your collections running smoothly, we offer spending limit enforcement, automatic top-ups, deposit handling, penalty assessment and minimum billing.
In order to keep your costs as low as possible, we can implement our LCR (Least Cost Routing) module to ensure you are always routing your calls based on the lowest price and best quality.
DTH is very pleased to announce our new integration with FreeSWITCH which provides call accounting and billing by automatically retrieving and parsing the native FreeSWITCH XML call records. Once the call records are in our system, we can take advantage of our extensive feature set.
We also support call authentication and authorization by exposing standardized APIs to allow FreeSWITCH to communicate with our billing system in real-time. These functions can be used to authenticate the caller, verify balance information, calculate prepaid call duration, enforce spending limits, etc.
Our integration is supported on both the Linux and Windows versions of FreeSWITCH.

Purchase Options
Our feature-rich billing solution is sold in four editions. All editions contain the same features but are separated by the number of concurrent calls.
The four editions are:
- Express Edition (Up to 25 concurrent calls)
- Lite Edition (Up to 100 concurrent calls)
- Standard Edition (Up to 200 concurrent calls)
- Enterprise Edition (200 – 10,000 concurrent calls)
Licensing Options
Option 1: License Purchase
In this option you would be responsible for the purchase of all hardware and software licensing. We will install our system on your premise and connect to your existing telephony infrastructure.
- There is a one-time fee for the license, implementation and configuration which also includes training and the first year of unlimited web-based support.
- Support and Maintenance contracts are available for subsequent years.
Option 2: Turnkey Monthly Rental
Option 2 is our "Turnkey" solution. Using our billing software, combined with a hosted soft-switch, we are able to offer clients a turnkey multi-tenant billing and/or a prepaid calling card solution.
- The monthly price is based on concurrent calls.
- There is a one-time fee for implementation, configuration and training.
- Support and quarterly software updates are included in the monthly fee.
Option 3: Billing Software Lease
You may already have your own telephony infrastructure in place and only require a billing and customer management system. In this scenario we would install and implement our billing software on-premise.The monthly price is based on concurrent calls and you can cancel your service at any time.
- There is a one-time fee for implementation, configuration and training.
- Support and quarterly software updates are included in the monthly fee.
- This option reduces your up-front costs as you do not need to purchase a license.
